• PHM handles the administration, uploading of content and registration of publishing credits with each download company.
• PHM prepares your metadata (full track information) in both XL and XML formats and sizes cover artwork. PHM can also assign ISRC codes and EAN/UPC codes if needed.
• PHM can help get your labels exclusive tracks and download only singles featured on itunes main pages.
• PHM collects royalty statements from each download company and reports downloads to the record company and then makes the royalty payment.

Production requirements

For new releases we require audio, artwork, and metadata six weeks before released date.

The following data is required for each product:

• Product Title
• Artist Name
• Release Date
• Barcode (UPC)
• Catalogue Number
• Label copy: (p) and © lines
• Format (Album / Single)
• Territory cleared for digital rights (World / EU / ROW / etc…)
• Genre (Alt / Blues / Classical / Country / Dance / Electronic / Folk / Hip Hop / Rap / Jazz / Latin / Pop / R&B / Soul / Rock / Soundtrack / Vocal / World / etc…)

The following data is required for each track:

• Track Title
• Track Version (e.g. Live / Remix / etc…)
• Artist Name
• Publisher
• Explicit Lyrics (yes / no)
• ISRC Code
