Accounts Assistant – Bought Ledger
Established in 1990 we are currently one of the UK’s leading independent music distributors based in Wallingford and have an immediate vacancy for a versatile accounts assistant to assist our small but busy and dynamic team.Duties include processing of purchase ledger invoices, purchase ledger payments (multi currency), dealing with suppliers, filing.
Previous experience of basic accounting procedures preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
More importantly the suitable candidate would have the ability to learn and manage a variety of tasks efficiently, methodically and accurately and be familiar with all Microsoft operating systems (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Salary based on experience.

Sales Administrator - Mail Order Department
We have an immediate vacancy for a Sales Administrator to manage our constantly growing mail order service. Daily duties include processing incoming orders (internet, postal and telephone), invoicing, processing payments (credit cards, cheques and cash) daily banking, dealing with customer queries, general maintenance of ordering system. This is a flexible role and some support and backup to the general sales department is also required.You must be efficient, tidy and have an excellent telephone manner. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and e.mail (Microsoft Outlook) is required. Some experience of computerised accounting software would be useful but is not essential as full training will be given.

Warehouse Operatives Required
General duties including picking and packing of customer orders, checking goods in and replenishing shelves.Previous warehouse experience would be useful, but is not essential.
