Plastic Head has been providing merchandise and servicing tours, retail, wholesale and
export for over 15 years.
Our merchandise department has the ability to produce innovative garments and accessories
that meet our client's needs and that reflect the personality of the artist or company.
We have an in-house design team who can present ideas and work with our customers to
ensure creative satisfaction and top quality products at all times. They can also work
and utilise customer's own designs and ideas to extremely high standards.
Our production
team provides day to day contact with the artist or company and our manufacturers to
ensure smooth running and delivery deadlines are met.

PLASTIC HEAD MERCHANDISE TOUR SUPPLY
Our merchandise department can provide tour merchandise and packages to suit all
requirements, from straight tour supply through to providing a full on the road
merchandise team, transport and tour accounts. We can securely ship tour merchandise
to anywhere in the world.
We can supply everything from T-shirts to sweatbands – whatever you require, we will
endeavour to get it.
RETAIL / EXPORT SALES
Our distribution service has the ability to reach into every record retail outlet in the
UK, Europe and beyond, due to the fact that we are within the framework of a Record
Distribution Company, we deal with everything from small specialist mail order to
large wholesalers and distributors. We have excellent relationships with all our
stores and buyers, we service all independent stores and the major chains.
We have a wide range of loyal customers and companies whom we have dealt with for many
years.
E-COMMERCE / MAIL ORDER
In addition to retail and export sales, we have a very successful e-commerce site
(www.plastichead.com) which hosts not only a huge merchandise range but also audio,
DVD, vinyl, books, etc from around the world. In addition we produce a 300-page
quarterly physical catalogue.
OUR SERVICE / BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP
Plastic Head Merchandise provides artists with full written legal contracts, royalty
rates and tour supply rates which are based on an agreement by the artist and PHM on each contract.
We provide monthly royalty statements which show all sales (UK & Export).
Any questions or queries are handled by our production department and answered within the same working day.
