As a member of the UK Sales team you will be responsible for selling in product ranges, processing orders and dealing with all day-to-day enquiries from wholesale accounts and physical stores.

The position requires computer literacy, attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to follow our company processes and procedures whilst staying calm in a fast-paced environment.

An excellent telephone manner and communication skills are essential, and an interest in music also advantageous.

Previous experience of Windows operating systems (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) and previous experience of Sage 200 is useful, although full training will be given.

The position is full-time and offers an attractive salary and benefit package to the successful applicant.

Plastic Head are looking for a new Label Manager to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate’s responsibility is to maintain day to day contact with their client labels and to provide any guidance and advice that may be required. They will also oversee the scheduling and release of records as well as the performance of the label in general, working closely with the sales team and the senior label manager to achieve realistic targets and to maintain necessary levels of stock.

Key requirements:

Interest in music.
Friendly and engaging personality.
Fluent in Microsoft Office.(especially Excel)
Experience in Sage 200 software preferable but not essential.

We are looking for a person to assist us in our busy, ever growing, in-house production department.

This position is full time Monday-Friday 09:00 – 17:30 and is based in our office in Wallingford.

The role is varied and challenging and will include:

Processing of merchandise orders with screen printers
Processing of manufacturing orders for vinyl LPs, cassettes and CDs
Assisting to maintain our audio production schedule
Following up orders with our online flight board system
Processing merchandise/audio artwork
Assisting in maintaining the company websites/social media pages
Ordering promotional materials including brochures, flyers, posters etc

Knowledge advantages:

Sage 200
Understanding of silkscreen printing and T-shirt designing
Understanding of audio products/breakdowns
Photoshop or other artworking programs
An interest/knowledge in alternative music/media

(Any of the above is preferred, but full training will be given)
