Please follow carefully all instructions provided here for the submission of parts for all titles. In order for us to be able to deliver your finished items on time you must supply us with parts (complete and to the correct specification) by the deadlines given here. If you are not going to be able to meet a deadline, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can re-schedule.

Scheduling
You must provide us with the following information before we will put a title into the production schedule:
· Artist
· Title
· Format
· Catalogue Number
· Potential release date
If this information is not provided (or is incomplete) the title will not be scheduled for production. Work will not begin on any title until full details are received.
Deadlines
Deadlines are for parts to be supplied complete, correct and to our specification – i.e. finished masters and finished artwork must be received and ready to be sent to press by this date.
Missing deadlines will result in delays.
You MUST notify us as soon as you know any parts are going to be late – the sooner we know about it, the sooner we can re-schedule and minimise the delay.
Finished stock
The following parts are required for finished stock:
· master (two copies + listening copy)
· full artwork (complete and to specification)
· on-body artwork (complete and to specification)
Promotional CDs
In-house labels (Candlelight, Abstract, Golf, etc.) and Rise Above Records promotional CDs require the following parts:
· master
· tracklisting
· high resolution front cover artwork
· high resolution band photo
· one paragraph biography
· CD on-body artwork
Parts for these must be supplied by the deadline for promo parts - or the release date of the finished album may be affected.
