Production Requirements:

For new releases we require audio, artwork, and metadata six weeks before released date.

A packshot for each release should be provided in JPEG format at 300dpi. We can organise scanning from finished product if this is not possible.

Audio

Please send two copies of Physical CDs to the following address, for ripping / preparation of digital masters:

Metadata (Label Copy) Requirments

Please submit all label copy details on the provided Excel template. One line should be completed for each individual track. An example sheet can be supplied for reference.

The following data is required for each product:

• Product Title
• Artist Name
• Release Date
• Barcode (UPC)
• Catalogue Number
• Label copy: (p) and © lines
• Format (Album / Single)
• Territory cleared for digital rights (World / EU / ROW / etc…)
• Genre (Alt / Blues / Classical / Country / Dance / Electronic / Folk / Hip Hop / Rap / Jazz / Latin / Pop / R&B / Soul / Rock / Soundtrack / Vocal / World / etc…)

The following data is required for each track:

• Track Title
• Track Version (e.g. Live / Remix / etc…)
• Artist Name
• Composer / Arranger / Lyricist
• Publisher
• Explicit Lyrics (yes / no)
